POW! Measure That

Just stopping in to share our pictures and freebies from our super fun week

On Monday 

we went on a leaf hunt

 and used them for some fun measuring activities

Tuesday:

We watched a movie that I recorded

Sid the Science Kid Measurement

and then measured our room

On Wednesday 

We used Mrs. Wheeler's Fab Measurement cards 

in our math tubs

These kiddos had so much fun with these

On Thursday 

We used these cute cards that I made

Since V-Day is coming up we using candy hearts to measure with

All you need is a baggie of candy hearts and you are all set

Pow!

Measure that

On Friday we measured our hallway in shoes!

I had good intentions of taking a couple snap shots but I forgot

I did manage to get on in while they were grabbing their shoes to put them back on

Check back tomorrow for more measurement and centers fun!

We also talked a little bit about estimation this week

We had fun trying to estimate how many cubes long our line spaces were

boy the kiddos sure where off but they got better
