  12. That desk/shelf setup would be awesome. I'm like you in that we don't have an ikea. I've been saying I'm going to go to Atlanta while on break just so I can go to Ikea. Maybe I'll see you there!

  13. You will love it I promise!! Weekend trips are always fun so adding Ikea into the mix makes it that much better. Just make sure you bring a truck with lots of storage space for the big boxes. Thanks for the freebies, these will make for an excellent addition to my word work stations next year!

  17. I LOVE that desk and IKEA! We have one just down the road in Austin and guess what? As I finish getting my hair did (lol)....me and the kiddies are heading that way! I think one reason I love it even more is because they have a play area that I can drop my kids off in and shop in peace for awhile! Enjoy your weekend trip! Your freebies look fantastic! Do you ever have a problem with sets containing lots of color showing up in GoogleDocs? :-)

  19. Thanks so much for your fabulous freebies!! We have 4 days left of school and I was looking for something fresh to do with the kids. I teach 4 math classes a day, same 4 groups Monday & Tuesday then repeat 4 different classes Weds & Thurs. My Monday/Tuesday kids are my oldest classes, all newly graduated yesterday. So they do not want to work anymore!! I am going to introduce the "Write the Room" idea to my Kindergarten & Pre-K classes, I think.

  27. I just went to IKEA about a week and a half ago. Got some great stuff!! 2 different sets of finger puppets for 5 bucks each. I got a big ladybug pillow...it has an inflatable insert with a removable cover so I can wash it when I need to!! I picked up some picture frames 2 for 3 bucks...going to take some candids at Sneak-a-Peek so that they can see themselves in the room on the first day...I could have bought more...I love that the store is so close to me!! I hope you enjoy your trip when you come to Atlanta!!
