The VEry, Very, Bad, Cuteness, Clowns and TpT

I am linking up with Holly @ Criss Cross Applesauce

No Good

NO Bad

Just the Ugly

Very Very Very Ugly

This year I just can't seem to keep my room clean

With 29 kiddos it is hard to keep all of thier junk and my crap together

I have never been this disorganized

But with that being said..........................................................

I am not ashamed

I am not ashamed

I

am

not

ashamed!

Don't judge me!

I can't be the only one

Right?

Next year will be much better

Okay now that you have made it through all of that ugliness time for a little cuteness!

Check out some of my kiddos work this week

We just finished up studying money! I am so happy we are done with this
This is one of the hardest concepts for my students to grasp

Anyhoo

We had a circus theme going on here

Each student got to make a clown

The students had to count how much money they had
Q-quarters
D-dimes
N-nickels
P-pennies

On the little poster at the bottom of the clown picture the students wrote a sentence about how much money they had

This is a circus writing! My kiddos wrote a paragraph, all by theirselves I might add, about the circus!

I just posted my new unit on TpT

Make sure to go check it out

* The first 2 people to comment will receive this unit for free*
I ask that you do a product review if you win the unit
Thanks

  12. Your units look ever so cute and inviting for teachers and children alike. Don't worry about the clutter in your room. It is REALLY difficult for us all...there is NEVER enough space or storage.Erika

  13. I think it's amazingly kind, brave, caring, REAL and every other positive adjective I can think of, that you linked up and let it all hang out. I love blogland, I really - really do, but sometimes I get overwhelmed by the "perfectness" of it all...you are an awesome teacher!!!!!!

Thanks for linking up...I never knew this would be so hard for people to own up to. To me, it's no big thing, I think the piles make a person real...who knew people could think others' might think otherwise?!?!

  21. Don't be ashamed of the mess...I have a cabinet that is tied shut with a string so that the kids won't accidentally open it up and be smothered by what will surely fall out on them!

    Learning is messy!

    Love your stuff!

  32. I am your newest follower and am so "glad" to find another classroom that looks like mine did. I had a principal once tell me that a messy desk is the sign of a good teacher because she it means she never sits at it. Thanks for sharing! I am new to blogging, so stop by Reading Toward the Stars and visit.
